 🥦 Broccoli Cream Soup

Cut onion and carrot into small pieces.

Fry them in oil.

Add to boiled potato and broccoli with vegetable broth.

Blend everything until smooth.

Add a little cream, salt, pepper, and spices.

Mix and heat for few more minutes (do not boil).

Add grated cheese and seeds.

You can serve soup with toast.
